2. Services and Products

Studio Memoria provides custom 3D scanning and hand casting services. Based on these sessions, unique 3D figurines are created. The hand casts are produced in-house; the 3D prints are manufactured by an external supplier.

Appointments can be booked via the website. No online payment is processed on the site.

3. Target Audience

Our services are primarily aimed at private individuals (B2C) but may be available to businesses (B2B) upon request. There are no age restrictions.

4. Delivery & Returns

  • Final products are delivered within 10 to 30 weeks, depending on the production process.

  • Each product is carefully inspected before shipment.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, color and shape variations may occur. Clients must give written consent before payment.

  • Returns are not accepted unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Appointments

  • Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or attending the session but not proceeding with a purchase, will incur a €50 fee, unless agreed otherwise (e.g., promotional offer).

  • After payment, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

6. Liability

  • During the session, clients are informed about the risks and fragility of the product.

  • Studio Memoria is not liable for damage or breakage after delivery. We are happy to help think of a solution, but any replacements or repairs will be at your own expense.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including text and images on the website, is the property of Studio Memoria.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

  • Clients agree to the use and publication of images of their product unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.

8. Privacy and Data Use

  • All customer data, stories, and 3D scans are handled with confidentiality.

  • Clients give prior written consent to a 1-year retention period for scans and data for production and optional reuse.

  • At any point during that year, clients can request deletion or an extension of the storage period by email or WhatsApp.
